We tapped into that emotion and positioned BHHS as the experienced agents that are Good To Know.

House hunting and selling can be stressful, we know that. So we created a beautiful, and best of all, practical responsive website to make browsing for homes easy and intuitive.
IMPACT
The campaign created over 50% brand awareness in the four years since launch. Of those aware, 66% of consumers consider using BHHS in the future. Future consideration is a key metric in real estate, and BHHS’s score is 14 percentage points ahead of the norm and rivaling the legacy competitors who have been building brands for decades. Campaign scores double other category advertisers for involvement and salience, and are 30% higher for persuasion.
